initiative.
Lalmai Press
Club General Secretary Kamal Hossain said Bashundhara Shuvosangho is involved
in all charitable activities.
He said, “In
particular, the organisation has conducted many seminars on education and
healthcare in the upazila. It has encouraged school and madrasa students by
providing educational materials. Twenty women were trained and given sewing
machines free of cost.
“At the
beginning of this winter, the organisation distributed winter clothes to
orphans. Hopefully, in future, it will implement programmes with a larger
budget for orphaned students.”
