PM attends 5th meeting of Parliamentary Business Advisory Committee

The fifth meeting of the Business Advisory Committee of the 13th Jatiya Sangsad was held on Sunday, attended by Leader of the House and Prime Minister Tarique Rahman.

The meeting began at 4pm in the Cabinet Room of the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban, with Speaker and committee chairman Major (retd) Hafiz Uddin Ahmad, Bir Bikram, in the chair, said PM’s Deputy Press Secretary Shahadat Swadhin.

Leader of the opposition and committee member Shafiqur Rahman also attended the meeting.

Other participants included committee members Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain, Gayeshwar Chandra Roy, Finance and Planning Minister Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury, Home Minister Salahuddin Ahmed, Deputy Speaker Kayser Kamal, Chief Whip Nurul Islam Moni, Law Minister Md Asaduzzaman, ATM Azharul Islam and Opposition Chief Whip Md Nahid Islam.
