Newspaper owners endorse 7 Nov as Nat’l Revolution Day

The Newspaper Owners’ Association of
Bangladesh (NOAB) has decided to endorse the government’s decision to observe 7
November as the National Revolution and Solidarity Day.
However, for newspapers it will not be a holiday and newspaper houses may bring
out newspapers the following day on 8 November under special arrangements, NOAB
said in a statement signed by the organisation’s President Matiur Rahman
