Biman reopens ticket sales counter at Ashkona Hajj Camp

Biman Bangladesh Airlines has reopened its ticket sales counter at Ashkona Hajj Camp in Dhaka to improve passenger convenience.

The counter resumed operations on Wednesday and will provide services daily from 10:00am to 5:00pm, the national flag carrier said in a press release.

The airline said passengers could also contact its Motijheel sales centre for ticket reissue services if technical problems affected the sales booth at Balaka Bhaban, Biman’s headquarters.

Biman said it remained committed to ensuring passenger comfort and providing necessary services and support. It will inform passengers of any further changes or instructions in due course, the press release read.
