A Dhaka court on Wednesday fixed 28 June for the hearing on charge framing against Tulip Rizwana Siddiq and former RAJUK Assistant Legal Adviser Sardar Mosharraf Hossain in a case filed by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) over alleged flat fraud in Gulshan-2 of the capital.

Judge Abdullah Al Mamun of Dhaka Special Judge Court-5 set the new date, ACC prosecutor Mir Ahmed Ali Salam said.

Earlier, on 8 April, Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Md Sabbir Faiz transferred the case to Dhaka Special Judge Court-5 as it was ready for trial.

On 26 February, the court ordered the issuance of a Red Notice through Interpol to arrest Tulip Siddiq, as the accused had left the country before the case was filed and is currently abroad.

Earlier, on 18 February 2026, the same court also issued arrest warrants against Tulip Siddiq and Sardar Mosharraf Hossain after accepting the charge sheet.

According to the case statement, the ACC filed the case on 15 April last year against Tulip Siddiq, Shah Md Khorshujjaman, and Sardar Mosharraf Hossain for unlawfully acquiring a flat from Eastern Housing Limited in Gulshan-2 without making any payment and by abusing power.
