Baby girl stolen from DMCH

A three-month-old girl was allegedly stolen by an unknown woman from Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) on Thursday, reports UNB.
The victim was identified as Khadiza, daughter of Bahadur Dhali and Nasima Begum, hailing from Kathalbari of Shibchar upazila in Madaripur district.
Sub-inspector Bachchu Miah, in-charge of the DMCH police camp, said Bahadur was admitted to the DMCH
    ward-200 with brain tumour three months back. His wife and two daughters—Swarna, 9, and Khadiza—were also staying with him.

Quoting Nasima, Bachchu said an unknown woman got acquainted with her and created intimacy with her.The woman took the two sisters out of the hospital around 4:00pm in the name of buying them food.
However, she sent back Swarna to her mother and ran way with Khadiza, the SI said, adding that a case was filed with Shahbagh Police Station in this connection.
