The new IPO rules place strong emphasis on modernising and strengthening the regulatory framework. At the same time, companies seeking to be listed on the capital market will be assured of fair pricing and valuation, said Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) Chairman Khondoker Rashed Maqsood.
He made these remarks during a meeting with state-owned and multinational companies regarding the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Public Offer of Equity Securities) Rules, 2025 at the BSEC building in Agargaon, Dhaka on Monday.
