Gano Forum has taken decision to hold its central council session on April 27.
The decision came from a meeting of the party’s presidium members at its central office in capital’s Motijheel area with its president Dr Kamal Hossain in the chair.Gano Forum presidium committee also has taken decision to complete council of its district units and party leaders’ visit led by the presidium members before the national council session of the party.
Speaking on the occasion, the party president said people will protect the country from destruction.
“Democracy has been buried through so called stigmatised parliament election on December 30,” he added.
He said national unity will have to be strengthened in a bid to restore democracy, establish rule of law and people’s voting rights.
“People are active about changing the current situation. We have to carry on our work to this end,” Kamal Hossain said.
