A delegation of Indonesian journalists visited the office of the Daily Sun at East West Media Group Limited (EWMGL) complex at Bashundhara Residential Area in the capital on Monday.

At the invitation of the editor of the daily sun, Enamul Hoque Chowdhury, the Indonesian delegation visited the office.

During the visit, the delegation paid a courtesy call on the daily sun editor, who was accompanied by the executive editor of the daily, Shiabur Rahman.

They discussed different bilateral and contemporary issues, including Rohingya crisis and prospects of trade and investment between Bangladesh and Indonesia.

Later, the delegation went around every section of the daily sun, News 24 and Radio Capital, sister concerns of the EWMGL.

During their visit to the office of News 24, executive director of the television channel, Hasnain Khorshed, and its chief news editor Shahnaz Munni briefed the delegation about different aspects of media in Bangladesh.

Mehedi Malek Sajib, executive director of Radio Capital, talked to the delegation about their different activities during their visit to the radio station.
