JnU IML welcomes 1st batch students

Institute of Modern Languages (IML) of Jagannath University organised Freshers’ Welcome Ceremony for the 1st batch students of BA (Honors) in English Language Programme on February 26 on the university campus.

Students were given the reception in a very pleasant and colourful style. Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Mijanur Rahman graced the occasion as the chief guest while Professor  Md. Salim Bhuiyan, Honourable Treasurer, and Professor Dr. Atiar Rahman, Dean, Faculty of Arts, were present as special guests.

Protiva Rani Karmaker, Associate Professor and Director of IML, chaired the ceremony. Embellished with discussions and cultural chapter, the entire event was motivational and educative for the students.
