Speakers at a view exchange meeting observed that joint educational activities with foreign institutions will help teacher and students develop themselves for competing in international arena.
They were addressing at the meeting titled “East Delta University (EDU) and International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) Mobility Programme: The Experience Sharing of Faculty and Students” at the permanent campus of the EDU in the city’s Nasirabad area on Monday.Mentionable, EDU and IIUM signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for education exchange between the institutions. Following the MoU two teachers and two students of the EDU went to the IIUM for PhD and higher education last year respectively.
Sharing experiences one of the teachers’ EDU School of Business Assistant Professor Md Asaduzzaman said the initiative for expanding and enriching the education and research activities set an example in higher education system in Chittagong.
It would surely help the teachers and students attain their desire goals in life, he said.
EDU Vice Chancellor Professor Muhammad Sekandar Khan, concerned BBA students Noim Uddin and Farzana Akter Promi also addressed the meeting among others.
