Bangladeshi celebrated golfer Siddikur Rahman finished 15th jointly with five other players in the US$500,000 Queen's Cup Golf after the 4th and final round at Santiburi Samui Country Club in Thailand on Sunday.
Two Asian tour winner Siddikur, who went down to joint 14th from 9th with 5-under-par 208 after the 3rd round on Saturday, went down further scoring four under-par (68+68+72+72) 280 making three birdies and four bogeys on the final round on Sunday.
Nicholas Fung of Malaysia clinched the title with 15-under-par (66+68+68+67) 269.
Earlier in the 3rd round on Sunday, Siddikur traded a worse double bogey in the 7th hole of the 1st round and again saw a double bogey in the same hole of the 3rd round. Besides a double bogey, he birdied five against four dismal bogies to score one-over-par 72 in the 3rd round.
Siddikur, who started the day with a bogy in the 1st hole, returned with two successive birdies to put the 5th and 6th holes before a double bogey in the 7th hole and finished the 1st nine attempts with another bogey in the end.
He traded three consecutive birdies to put 15th, 16th and 17th holes against two bogies in the 11th and 18th to finish the last 9.
Earlier, he carded 3-under-par 68 each in the 1st and 2nd rounds to make the cut in the event smartly.
