The annual picnic-2019 of Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) was held at a resort in Sonargaon upazila of Narayanganj on Saturday.
Krira Sangskritik and Kalyan Parishad (Kriskap) of BREB arranged the event, says a press release.
On the occasion, officials and staff members of BREB participated in a sports competition. A raffle draw was also held.
BREB Chairman Major General Moin Uddin (retd) handed over prizes to the winners of the competition.
Joint secretary of Power Division Abul Khair Md Aminur Rahman, managing director of Rural Power Company Ltd Md Abdus Sabur, BREB member (administration and finance) Md Joynal Abedin and member (planning and development) Md Abdus Salam, among others, were present at the function.
