Government aim to fill countrymen’s fundamental demand: PM Sheikh Hasina

 

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said her government's intention is to fill countrymen’s fundamental demand.

 

The Prime Minister said her government are taking the country into forward.

 

She came up with this remark while  newly appointed Danish Ambassador to Dhaka Winnie Estrup Petersen and South Korean Ambassador in Dhaka Hu Kang-il paid a courtesy call on her at her office.

 

The prime Minister also urged both the countries for more invest in Bangladesh.

 

 

Danish Ambassador said Myanmar will return Rohingyas, who are staying in Bangladesh, by ensuring their safe and secure life in Rakhine state.

 

Regarding the Rohingya issue, the South Korean envoy said that South Korea has extended its support to a UN resolution on the Rohingya issue.

 

“We want safe return of the Rohingyas to their homeland,” he said.

 

In this connection, Hu Kang-il said that South Korea has already donated US Dollar 5-million for the assistance of the Rohingyas.
