NAP, NDP quit BNP-Led 20-party Alliance

Bangladesh National Awami Party (NAP) and National Democratic Party (NDP) have come with the announcement that they are leaving the BNP-led 20-party Alliance.

The decision of the two political parties came on Tuesday afternoon; three days after the BNP joined the new political alliance, Jatiya Oikya Front.

At a press conference in the capital, the party leaders came up with their their decision.

They said that both the parties have not extended their support to the formation of the Jatiya Oikya Front, a political platform.

They also alleged that the BNP kept its alliance partners in the dark about formation of Jatiya Oikya Front.
