International agriculture technology fair ends in Dhaka

The 3-day international agriculture technology fair with participation of 18 countries ended today at International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in the capital.

Organizers said the fair was the eighth of a series when Chicks and Feedscompany secured the top position for their display, aimed to encourage farmers and entrepreneurs to get better yields using agro-technologies.

Registrar and Director General of Department of Cooperatives Md Abdul Majid joined as the chief guest the closing ceremony chaired by RDA's training director AKM Zakaria while RDA's project planning and monitoring affairs director Engineer Md Nazrul Islam Khan also spoke.
