The Ministry of Education on Tuesday decided to conduct next year's Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination in new formation to prevent question paper leak.
The decision made public while Sohrab Hossain, secretary, secondary and higher secondary division of the ministry briefed the journalists after an inter-ministerial meeting in the capital Tuesday.
“We hope to conduct SSC examination in new formation from the next year. The formation is under process as honorable prime minister instructed to abolish the Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) from the examination,” he said.
Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid, Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal, Telecommunication and Information Technology Minister Mustafa Jabbar and other respective officials were present at the meeting.
