Munro became the first to register three T20I tons

Colin Munro, kiwi Left-handed batsman hits another T-20 hundred and become the first to register three T20I tons.

 

New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson won the toss and elected to bat in the third and final T20I of the series against visiting West Indies in Mount Maunganui. Batting first, New Zealand, the hosts smash 243 runs in 20 overs, their highest T20I total, led by Colin Munro's hundred.

 

"I try and go out there and swing from ball one and see what happens," he said after blazing 104 off 53 deliveries.

 

"If I'm lucky enough to get a good start, I try and carry that momentum and if it's my night, it's my night and if not then back to the drawing board," said the 30-year-old left-hander, who cracked 10 sixes and three fours.
