ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY: Samiha Sultana, a final year student of Computer Science and Engineering Department of Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia, has appealed for help from the affluent society as she has been suffering from clone cancer for a long time, reports UNB.

Samiha, 24, daughter of Badshah Alam, is now undergoing treatment at Christian Medical College and Hospital of Vellore in India.

Her father Badshah said that they had already spent Tk 12 lakh behind her treatment, adding that they need more than Tk 15 lakh for her recovery.

Finding no other way, they are now seeking aid from solvent people or institutions to stand beside his daughter.
