DINAJPUR: Police recovered a touchstone statue from Horiharpur village under Nawabganj upazila of the district on Saturday, reports BSS.

Officer-in-Charge of Nawabganj Thana Subroto Kumar Sarker said, being informed, they conducted a raid at one Ataur Rahman's house at Horiharpur village in the morning and seized the Black Basalt Stone Statue.

Police also arrested Ataur and his associate Nazrul Islam. Later, they were sent to jail.
