The ongoing three-month long Digital Campaign of Walton has been turned into a festive mood as a good number of people across the country are thronging the local brand outlets to buy the appliances and then spontaneously registering their purchased items.
On October 2, Walton kicked off its new initiative of storing the details of the sold appliances with customers’ name and contact numbers with a view to delivering best post sales services swiftly. To make this initiative successful through ensuring customers’ participation in the campaign, Walton also offered different valued cash vouchers to the customers.
Under the offer, every day the registered customers, who purchased minimum or above Tk10,000 worth of products, are getting different amount of cash vouchers, ranging from Tk 200 to Tk 1 lakh.
To inspire other customers, the distributors and the Walton Plaza managers are conducting massive advertisement of the campaign through erecting arcades, hanging banners, festoons and posters.
Engr. Rakibul Hossain Ahmad, deputy director of Walton Group, said, they are conducting massive advertisements of the campaign across the country. Outlets of the local brand have been decorated with banners and festoons. A good number of arcades have been erected in different places.
Also, they are organising rallies with the recipients of the Tk 1 cash vouchers.
The customers will enjoy the offer of cash vouchers till December 31, 2017.
