Cheap rates, highest standard of Marcel products draw customers’ attention

Marcel, a local brand of electronics products, will be the leading electronics brands in Bangladesh soon, distributors of the company expressed such high ambition as they were happy to meet customers’ expectations.

 

The distributors of the company expressed their satisfaction with selling Marcel products praising the affordable rates, highest standard products, eye-catching design, and deliberation of swift post sales service and available outlets of local brand Marcel which drew huge customers’ attention across the country.

 

The distributors made such statement in ‘Distributors’ conference 2015’, held recently.

 

Aynal Haque, a Marcel brand’s exclusive distributor and proprietor of Yes Electronics at Tangail, said the uniqueness of Marcel products are affordable rates, highest standard products, eye-catching design, and deliberation of swift post sales service and available outlets of local brand Marcel. These qualities are helping to gain huge customers.

 

Mustafizur Rahman Sujon, proprietor of Marcel Exclusive Showroom ‘Satata Enterprise’ at Bagatipara, Dayarampur in Natore district, said, the customers usually emphasize on the product’s quality, rates, eye-catching design and post sales service during the purchase of fridge and television like electronics appliances.

 

As Marcel products possessed such uniqueness, the sales of Marcel products in this local market are higher than the sales of other brands products, he noted. “Now, I am a successful distributor of Marcel,” he said.

 

Before the start of distributor business, I had worked on an electronics outlet to gather knowledge on the behaviour and tastes of the buyers of electronics products, he informed.

 

After knowing the customers’ demand, I found that Marcel brand products would be very popular among the local people. And then, I invested my capital on the opening of Marcel brand showroom in here, he added.

 

As Marcel was an unknown brand towards the local people, I conducted massive brand promotion campaigns across the surrounding villages, unions and upzillas of Natore district, he said adding that he got lots of cooperation from the local company in this regard. 

 

During the very beginning of my business, I sold out Marcel brand refrigerators and televisions to my relatives through giving them the assurance of long-term services of the products, he said. When they experienced better services from Marcel brand products, other neighbours started purchasing Marcel brand products.

 

“Although I made investment in the Marcel brand taking great risk, such investment later turned into a safest investment. Now, I am very proud of myself for selling Bangladeshi brand Marcel products,” Sujon noted.

 

Another Marcel brand distributor Jalal Uddin, proprietor of Toufique Electronics in Narsingdhi, said, the customers always chose the attractive, highest standard and cheap rates’ products. In this case, I considered that Marcel brand products fulfill the customers demand, he said.

Thus, he said, “I opened an outlet of Marcel brand in this region and now turned into myself as a successful distributor.”

 

The other Marcel brand distributors, including Proprietor of Antarango Electronics at Debidware in Comilla Md Humayun Kabir and owner of Nabil Electronics at T&T Road in Teknaf town, also said, they experienced huge customers demands for the Marcel products due to cheap rates, highest standard, attractive design, assurance of swift after sales services, nationwide sales and service points like unique strengths of the local brand products compared to other brands.
