Jamaat Ameer urges intelligence-based action in Sajek

Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr Shafiqur Rahman, the leader of the opposition in parliament, on Thursday urged the authorities to take timely action over the situation in Sajek of Baghaichhari upazila, Rangamati, based on credible intelligence and without spreading misleading information.
He expressed concern in a post on his verified Facebook page. “No one has the right to play a game over people's lives. Initiate the right steps while there is still time,” he said, referring to the incident.
