‘Spider-Man’ to be released in Bangladesh before Hollywood

“Spider-Man” is returning to the screen, ending the wait for Marvel fans. The much-awaited “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” will be released internationally on 31 July.

However, Bangladeshi viewers will get the opportunity to enjoy the movie a day before its worldwide release. This much-talked-about superhero movie will be released in the country’s Star Cineplex on 30 July.

“Spider-Man: Brand New Day” is the 38th film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and the fourth installment of the Spider-Man series. The movie is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton.

As before, Tom Holland plays the role of Spider-Man or Peter Parker. Zendaya is returning as MJ, and Jacob Batalon will be seen as Ned. Mark Ruffalo will also appear on the screen as Bruce Banner or Hulk.

Several new actors have been added to this installment.

Iman Esfandi, known for “Ahsoka”, plays the role of MJ’s new lover. On the other hand, “Stranger Things” famous actress Sadie Sink will be seen in a mysterious role. However, the biggest surprise for fans is the return of Jon Bernthal. He is once again appearing on the big screen as “Frank Castle” or “The Punisher”.

The story centres on Peter Parker’s new life after the events of “Spider-Man: No Way Home”.

The makers claim that this time the audience will see a more mature, responsible and self-reliant Peter Parker compared to the previous films. As a result, the character's mental development and internal conflict have also become an important part of the story.

Not only the story, but the movie has also touched a new milestone in terms of technology. “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” is the world’s first film to be made entirely through the “Shot for Screen-X” initiative. With Screen-X technology, the scene is expanded to the two side walls of the cinema hall in addition to the main screen.

As a result, viewers will be able to enjoy the movie in a 270-degree panoramic view, which will make the traditional movie-watching experience more realistic and exciting.
