The Permanent Mission of Bangladesh in Geneva was pleased to welcome a delegation of students from the South Asia Institute (SAI) at Heidelberg University in Germany.
The students engaged in an interactive discussion
with Ambassador Nahida Sobhan, exploring Bangladesh's foreign policy
priorities, its diplomatic engagement within the United Nations and other
multilateral institutions, and the country's strategic approach to an evolving
multipolar world order, the Mission said in a social media post.
The discussion also covered contemporary
geopolitical developments and Bangladesh's role in promoting dialogue,
sustainable development, climate advocacy and multilateral cooperation.
The South Asia Institute (SAI) is one of Europe's
leading centres for South Asian studies, renowned for its vibrant international
research network and interdisciplinary scholarship.
