President urges Hungary to import goods from Bangladesh
 President Zillur Rahman on Wednesday urged the Hungarian government to import jute and jute goods, leather and leather goods, ceramic, pharmaceutical and RMG products from Bangladesh.

The president said this when newly-appointed Hungarian Ambassador Dr Janos Tcrcnyi presented his credentials to him at his official residence Bangabhaban.

Welcoming the Ambassador, Zillur Rahman said an excellent bilateral relation has been prevailing between the two countries since Bangladesh’s Independence.

He expressed gratitude to the Hungarian government as well as its people for their moral and political supports during the country’s Liberation War. — UNB
