Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Md Siddiq Azad passed
the order following a police plea, said Prosecution Division Sub-Inspector

The court passed the order after the investigation
officer, SI Shahin of Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Police Station, produced the accused
before the court and sought a 10-day remand for each of them.
According to the case statement, the deceased,
Ranjila Parveen, 56, was the headmistress of Bagbari Government Primary School

in front of the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban on Manik Mia Avenue while she was

The force of the pull caused her to fall from the
moving auto-rickshaw onto the road, leaving her critically injured with a
severe head injury. She was first taken to Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College
Hospital and was later being taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital when
doctors declared her dead.
Following the incident, her husband filed a case
with Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Police Station. The accused were later arrested from
different parts of the capital on Sunday.
