Govt extends Senior Secretary Ehsanul’s term by one year

According to a notification issued on Monday, he has been reappointed as senior secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration for one year from 18 August as a continuation of his previous contractual appointment.

The notification, issued by order of the president, said the reappointment was made under Section 49 of the Government Service Act, 2018, subject to the condition that Ehsanul Hoque relinquish any other profession or business, as well as any employment relationship with any government, semi-government or private institution or organisation.

Cabinet Secretary Nasimul Ghani’s term extended by another year

The notification, signed by Deputy Secretary Md Golam Rabbani, mentioned Ehsanul Hoque’s identification number as 1696.
