A Dhaka court on Thursday sentenced a man to death for killing his nine-month pregnant wife, Aklema Begum, following a marital dispute 26 years ago.
Judge Md Jahidul Islam of the Dhaka Additional

The complaint stated that on the night before the
incident, Aklema Begum had a quarrel with her husband, Jalil Hawlader. He had
also been absconding since the incident.
