  Gulshan Club Limited, in association with Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB), has selected best three design proposals submitted by architects in an architectural design competition for the master plan of Gulshan Club Limited, said a press release.A panel of jury comprising architect Shamsul Wares and engineer Zahir Ahmed, among others, on Saturday picked the best three out of a 27 proposals submitted to vie for the contest, said a press release.The design of M Saleh Uddin and Team secured the first place while design of Nazmul Ahsan and Team second place and a joint project of Tarique Hasan and Associates Ltd and Morphosis Development Ltd third.The team members of the top three designs will be awarded cash prizes.
